Lead Product Designer

To tackle complex design challenges in K-12 education, the full-time remote Lead Product Designer will shape core product experiences, design AI-powered features, and contribute to the design system while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Lead design efforts to create meaningful experiences for educators and students using Panorama's data and insights Define AI-native features and design systems for human-agent collaboration, focusing on user experiences and workflows Raise design standards by mentoring team members and championing accessibility and inclusive design practices Required qualifications 7+ years of Product Design experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment, with K-12 edtech experience as a plus A portfolio showcasing strong design craft and systems-level reasoning Hands-on experience with AI-powered features and a progressive view on design's role in AI and emerging technologies Expertise in data visualization to translate complex data into actionable insights Working knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards integrated into the design process
