.University Health and Counseling Services (UHCS) is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dynamic, student-centered health clinic. Certificate of Registration as a Physician’s Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. For Physician Assistant, a bachelor's degree and graduation from Physician Assistant training program certified by the Board of Registration of Physician Assistants and passing of the certifying examination of the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. For Nurse Practitioners, applicants with independent prescriptive authority preferred Prior experience in primary care, particularly in student health, is highly desirable Previous triage experience for acute medical issues in a college health setting is preferredPrior experience in gender affirming care, pregnancy options and medication abortion is preferred Experience in STI and contraceptive management is required.
