Contract Analyst IV

Our client, a leading organization in the energy sector, is seeking a Contract Analyst IV to join their team. As a Contract Analyst IV, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Supply Chain team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proactive communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Contract Analyst

Location: Houston, TX

Pay Range: 40+ DOE

Shift: 8 hour Day shift

What's the Job?

• Support assigned projects related to contract management and compliance.
• Review and update contract records for accuracy and adherence to policies.
• Assist in preparing and managing amendment exhibits and internal procedure guides.
• Generate weekly and daily reports to support procurement and vendor management activities.
• Ensure all contract documentation is uploaded correctly and maintained securely.

What's Needed?

• Experience with Ariba, PowerBI, Excel (spreadsheets), and SAP systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to support multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to work in an in-person environment at Houston Greenway Plaza.
