Location: El Segundo, CA - Hybrid, 3 days on-site/2 days remote Pay rate: $27.50 p/h Employment Type: Temporary (6 months) FLSA Status: Non-exempt Schedule: M-F 8 am to 5 pm

Roles, Responsibilities, and KPI's:

• Organize, log, and fully process claims from promotions and account activity.
• Interface with the Accounting team to process claims and orders.
• Assist in processing purchase orders through manual entries and EDI orders.
• Daily maintenance of sales log, ensuring accuracy and current information.
• Assist in launching a new order processing system and document standard operating procedures and workflows.
• Work closely with the Sales department and warehouse to help facilitate team and company needs.
• Coordinate with management on inventory allocations.
• Assist support reps to resolve customer & account issues.
• Assist the Support team with other general sales-related administrative duties & tasks.
• Participate in onsite event support, including setup and breakdown, with flexibility for travel and weekend work as needed.

Qualification & Skills:

• 2-3 years of CPG SKU setup, order processing, and customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, macros, etc.).
• Experience with SAP order processing systems such as Agresso, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Independent worker; able to take initiative, proactively problem-solve, and work with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility and willingness to independently navigate areas of unfamiliarity.
• Strong communication skills.
• Desirable: Experience with LIDD order processing system. Knowledge of the entertainment software industry. Japanese language skills and experience working with Japanese corporations. Experience setting up toy and/or merchandise SKUs for retailers.
