Warehouse Order Selector - Part time
Location: Katy, TX 77494
Schedule: Monday - Friday 4pm to 10pm/Finish
Hourly Rate: $17 per hour

Integrity Trade Services is hiring Warehouse Associates to support a busy warehouse operation in Katy, TX. The Order Selector is responsible for accurately selecting, pulling, packing, and staging customer orders while maintaining productivity, accuracy, and safety standards. This position requires working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and may involve operating material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer orders using pick tickets, RF scanners, or voice-picking systems.
• Pull products from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
• Verify item numbers, quantities, and product quality before packing.
• Pack and label orders for shipment.
• Stage completed orders for shipping or delivery.
• Operate pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, or forklifts (if certified).
• Load and unload trucks as needed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by reporting damaged or missing products.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory organization, and general warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or order selecting experience preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, walk, and lift throughout an entire shift.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
• Must pass screenings

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Bend, stoop, kneel, and reach throughout the shift.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
