Employment Type Full-time Requirements Experienced Dental Hygienist (1+ years) Licensed dental hygienist Education: Associate’s Degree from a CODA-certified school (Bachelor’s or Master’s preferred). Licensure: Current North Dakota Dental Hygienist license is required. Experience: 1–2 years of experience in dental hygiene is preferred. Skills: Strong communication, excellent customer service, and a deep understanding of dentistry safety guidelines. Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and bend repeatedly throughout the workday. Job Description Patient Care: Welcome patients, discuss treatment plans, and perform thorough preliminary exams. Clinical Excellence: Perform cleanings, remove plaque, apply fluoride treatments, and take high-quality X-rays and impressions. Clinical Support: Prep sterilized equipment for the dentist and assist during procedures as needed. Education: Teach patients effective oral hygiene techniques to maintain their health at home. Compliance: Maintain accurate medical histories and strictly adhere to HIPAA and safety regulations.
