JOB SUMMARY

Under limited supervision, responsible for performing custodial and general maintenance work to maintain the overall cleanliness, sanitation, security, safety, and maintenance of the assigned facility, buildings, grounds, and equipment while operating in accordance with prescribed safety precautions and guidelines. This includes making skilled repairs and performing related work as required, to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including district policies and guidelines, and union contracts.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES & REGISTRATIONS

• Master Custodian Certification or equivalent verified experience in the field
• Must maintain all licenses and certifications necessary for this position as a condition of continued employment
