Construction & Real Estate Attorney Denver, CO (Hybrid) $210,000 – $250,000 (Plus Quarterly and Annual Bonus Eligibility) A highly regarded, Am Law national law firm is seeking a skilled Construction and Real Estate Attorne y to join its growing, highly ranked Real Estate Practice Group in Denver. This is a unique opportunity to advise a sophisticated, diverse client base - ranging from startups to Fortune 500 multinationals - on complex commercial real estate and construction developments. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate complex construction, design, and construction-related contracts across multiple project delivery methods (including design-bid-build, design-build, CM-at-risk, and EPC) for a variety of commercial building types. Advise clients on risk management, allocation strategies, and contract administration throughout the entire project lifecycle. Utilize and adapt professional services agreements and industry-standard contract forms (including AIA and ConsensusDocs). Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary real estate team to deliver comprehensive, high-stakes legal solutions. Candidate Qualifications 5 to 10 years of dedicated construction law experience, ideally within a sophisticated law firm's Real Estate or Construction Practice Group. Experience practicing in a larger mid-sized to Am Law scale law firm environment is highly valued. Expert-level knowledge of commercial project delivery methods and a deep familiarity with professional services and AIA/ConsensusDocs agreements. Strong academic credentials with exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Must be licensed to practice (or eligible to waive in) in Colorado. Compensation & Benefits $210,000 to $250,000 (commensurate with experience and qualifications). Eligibility for quarterly objective bonuses, annual objective bonuses, and annual subjective bonuses.
