Behavior Technician Work With Kids

Job Description

At Caravel Autism Health, we're not just offering jobs - we're offering purpose, connection, and the chance to be the difference in a child's life. As a Behavior Technician (BT) , you'll help children achieve life-changing milestones - like saying "I love you" for the first time. Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), you'll guide children through fun, skill-building activities that promote growth and reduce challenging behaviors.

We Offer:

Pay based on experience, education, and performance
- No RBT? $17-$18.50 per hour to start
- Obtained your RBT? $18 - $25 per hour
Ongoing professional development and career growth
Structured, one-to-one client sessions

What We're Looking For:

18+ years required
High school diploma or GED required
Strong work ethic
Comfortable playing with children
Full-time availability (Monday - Friday)
Occasional Saturday availability for make-up sessions
