As a Sales Associate, or "Arch Support Specialist", you'll be helping to drive our mission, empowering customers with solutions that improve their quality of life. The Good Feet Store sells arch support solutions and products tailored to our clients’ individual needs. Our Sales Associates play an Impactful role in educating clients on the benefits of proper arch support and recommending suitable products. Who we Are: Feet First Partners is a franchisee of The Good Feet Store, a 300+ nationwide store franchise. What You’ll Do: Create a professional, engaging, and solution-oriented experience for every client interaction. Conduct personalized assessments to understand each client’s lifestyle, concerns, and support needs. Match clients with personalized product solutions and ensure accurate fittings. Perform client outreach and follow-up to generate repeat business and strengthen long-term client relationships. Consistently reach sales targets and achieving business-driven key performance indicators (KPIs). Engage in company training programs to build strong product knowledge, understand store operations, and achieve performance goals.
