Our client, a healthcare provider specializing in mental health services, is seeking a Medical Front Desk to join their team. As a Medical Front Desk, you will be part of the administrative support team supporting the mental health center. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a compassionate approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Medical Front Desk

Location: Anderson, SC

Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

What's the Job?

• Serve as Receptionist at the mental health clinic, independently performing administrative duties
• Provide coverage for Medical Records and Switchboard operations
• Receive phone consultations, notify team leaders, and file completed consults
• Assist with Patient Intake, Data Entry, and other front office duties as needed
• Check patients in and out, schedule appointments, make reminder calls, and update patient information

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Office, and MS Excel
• Credential requirements: 100042, 100006
• Strong organizational and communication skills
