Present menus, describe daily features, and answer questions about food, beverages, and resort offerings. Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them promptly into the POS system. Deliver food and beverages to guests efficiently and ensure orders are correct. Monitor tables to anticipate and respond to guest needs. Handle guest concerns with professionalism, ensuring a positive resolution. Process payments accurately, following all procedures. Maintain cleanliness of assigned sections, service stations, and overall restaurant areas. Assist team members with side duties including restocking, polishing glassware, and setting tables. Follow all sanitation, safety, and resort service standards. Participate in pre‑shift meetings, training sessions, and resort events as assigned. Who You Are Minimum of one (1) year of previous serving experience in a high‑volume or upscale environment preferred. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi‑task under pressure. Knowledge of wine, spirits, and craft beverages preferred. Must be 18 years of age or older. Food Handler and Alcohol Service Certifications required (or ability to obtain prior to start). Flexible schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
