A Day in the Life

Just before sunrise in Oceanside, CA 92056, you clock in and prepare the production line for a smooth start. Through your shift from 4:45 am to 1:15 pm, Monday–Friday , you’re the steady hand that keeps equipment humming, quality precise, and records spotless. By early afternoon, you’ve helped your team hit its targets—and you leave knowing the products shipped today meet the highest standards.

As our Manufacturing Line Technician (Production Operator), you’ll be central to the manufacturing process—operating equipment, verifying product quality, and keeping the workspace safe and orderly.

Location: Oceanside, CA 92056
Pay: $20.50 per hour

• Run and monitor production machinery to maintain safe, efficient operation.
• Conduct product inspections and promptly escalate any variances to your supervisor.
• Keep your area clean and organized while following safety and hygiene requirements.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and perform minor adjustments or repairs.
• Coordinate with teammates to meet production goals and timelines.
• Accurately log production information and maintain required records.
• Participate in training and continuous improvement activities.

• High school diploma or GED; technical certifications are a plus.
• Experience in production or manufacturing preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures precisely.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and solid problem-solving skills.
• Clear communicator and strong team collaborator.
• Openness to flexible hours and overtime when required.
• Knowledge of safety practices in a manufacturing environment.
