Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid OT license in Alabama or eligibility to obtain
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Pediatric or school-based OT experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and implement individualized therapy plans for students
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support IEP goals
  • Monitor, document, and report on student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
  • Provide resources and recommendations to support student access and success
