Production Technician I (Production Operator) Portland, OR $23.00 - $25.00/hour (DOE) 9 Immediate Openings Shift Options Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Swing Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (+$1.00/hr Differential) Night Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM (+$2.00/hr Differential) Overtime opportunities available and may be required based on business needs. Production Operations Prepare, inspect, label, package, and fill chemical drums Operate pallet jacks and overhead cranes (training and certification provided) Set up, calibrate, and operate production equipment Monitor processes and maintain accurate inventory and production records Perform routine cleaning and preparation of containers and equipment Team & Shift Support Participate in daily shift handoff and team meetings Follow work assignments and established operating procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area Collaborate with team members to meet safety, quality, and production goals Safety & Quality Follow established safety procedures and quality standards at all times Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including respirators and cleanroom attire, for extended periods throughout the workday Identify and report safety or quality concerns immediately Participate in ongoing safety training and continuous improvement initiatives Support adherence to cleanroom protocols and manufacturing standards What We're Looking For Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions Basic math skills and calculator proficiency Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Ability and willingness to wear required PPE, including respirators and cleanroom garments, for extended periods of time
