Department : Optometry Clinic Salary : 18.32 - 20.60 Description 1. Coordinates program to ensure that implementation and prescribed activities are carried out in accordance with specifiedobjectives. 2. Participates in planning and develops methods for programimplementation and administration, coordinates program activitiesand processes. 3. Reviews program records and reports of activities. 4. Recommends modifications to methods or procedures asrequired. 5. Prepares recurring and ad hoc program reports for managementuse. 6. Assists in preparing reports, proposals, manuals, and otherdocumentation as required for the program. 7. Participates in budget planning and is responsible for controlling expenditures in accordance with budget allocations forthe program. 8. Conducts formal training or gives instruction regarding programpolicies and procedures. 9. Interacts with faculty, staff and students to promote the goalsand objectives of the program. 10. Develops and maintains database on research studies, policyissues, etc. 11. Performs other job-related duties as required. Additional Posting Information Insurance and Patient Accounts Receivables: Experience inhandling insurance claims, billing, and managing patientaccounts. Managing 2-5 employees: Leadership skills to effectively manage a small team. High-volume medical practice: Ability to work efficiently in abusy medical environment.
