You will work closely with customers to design scalable and secure cloud solutions, ensuring seamless integration with their existing infrastructure. Your expertise in cloud systems, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) will drive the success of Rogo's AI solutions and deliver transformative value to our clients.What You Will OwnCustomer Architecture and Security LeadershipServe as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers during pre- and post-sales engagementsLead architecture reviews, helping customers understand how Rogo integrates with their infrastructureCollaborate with security and engineering teams to ensure customers understand how Rogo meets their security and compliance requirementsBuild trust with senior technical stakeholders, including security, infrastructure, and engineering leadershipClearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiencesPre-Sales Technical PartnershipPartner closely with Sales to support complex enterprise deals, providing architectural guidance and technical validationHelp customers evaluate deployment models, security controls, and integration approachesAddress technical objections and ensure customers are confident in adopting Rogo's platformPost-Sales Technical OwnershipGuide customers through onboarding, deployment, and early adoptionLead technical customer communications relating to ongoing product or feature releases, upsells, or other incremental review processes after initial saleDiagnose technical issues and coordinate with engineering to drive resolutionEnsure successful long-term adoption and expansion by proactively addressing risks and blockersCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to represent customer needs and improve the platformTranslate customer requirements and feedback into actionable technical insightsHelp shape best practices, deployment patterns, and technical documentationWhat You Will NeedCustomer-Facing Technical Expertise4+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, Infrastructure Architect, or similarStrong foundation in cloud infrastructure, networking, and security conceptsAbility to confidently lead architecture and security discussions with enterprise technical stakeholdersCloud and Infrastructure KnowledgeExperience with one or more major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Understanding of enterprise infrastructure, identity and access management, networking, and security best practicesAbility to diagnose infrastructure and integration challenges at a systems levelEnterprise Customer PresenceStrong communication skills and executive presenceAbility to manage complex, long-running enterprise engagementsHigh degree of ownership, organization, and follow-throughStrong commercial judgment and ability to balance technical and business prioritiesWho You AreYou thrive in fast-paced environments.
