Marketing Operations Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a marketing operations specialist with 2 or more years of experience for a contract opportunity for a retail organization in Florida. This role is 100% remote EST. This is a great role that offers the opportunity to work with a results-oriented and dedicated team. Responsibilities: Manage the auditing, cleanup, and upkeep of AEM DAM assets, ensuring accurate metadata, organized folder structures, and effective archiving practices. Support ongoing monday.com platform enhancement initiatives through workspace optimization, board restructuring, and process standardization. Configure and maintain monday.com automations, notifications, and workflows. Support workflow documentation initiatives, including SOP creation, process mapping, and operational procedure development. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related fields. Proficiency in Monday.com, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar platforms. Strong documentation skills with the ability to create, maintain, and follow established SOPs and process guidelines. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in workflow automation and process improvement.
