INTERNSHIP - GEORGIA TECH

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Intern will gain hands-on experience supporting FirstCall Group's business operations while working alongside experienced professionals across the organization. This internship is designed to provide a Georgia Tech student with exposure to a growing commercial mechanical services company, real-world business processes, and opportunities to contribute to meaningful projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support day-to-day projects and initiatives across assigned business functions.
• Assist with research, data collection, analysis, and preparation of reports and presentations.
• Support process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to increase efficiency.
• Assist with organizing, maintaining, and analyzing company information and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members across departments to support ongoing projects and business needs.
• Participate in meetings and gain exposure to operational, financial, technical, and business functions.
• Assist with special projects related to company growth, acquisitions, technology, or process improvement.
• Utilize Microsoft Office, Excel, and other company systems to complete assigned projects and tasks.
• Communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations to team members and leadership.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently enrolled at Georgia Institute of Technology, preferably pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, Construction, Supply Chain, Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team.
• Professional attitude and strong attention to detail.
