Arizona Pharmacy Technician with CPTB certification Dates of Coverage needed: Start ASAP to cover leave of absence until December but could be longer depending on return. Coverage Hours needed: Monday-Friday 7am 2:30pm No weekend coverage needed Order Entry System: Cerner, experience not required Site Automation: Omnicell, experience required Site Specialty Areas: Behavioral Health Staff Size: 2 pharmacists, 1 technician Job responsibilities: Refill/Restock Omnicell cabinets Maintain accurate inventory counts and rotate stock to prevent expiration. Remove expired, recalled, or damaged medications. Perform scheduled cycle counts and inventory audits. Fill medication cassettes, bins, and patient-specific medication requests. Deliver medications to nursing units. Process medication returns and credits. Ensure accurate medication packaging and labeling before distribution. Support monitoring of high-alert medications. Assist with medication room inspections. Prepare monthly medication area audit documentation. Support patient own medication processing according to policy. Monitor emergency medication kits and antidote inventory. 2-3 days of training pharmacist available at all times for questions Local candidates only Dress Code: Scrubs no specific color.
