Summary
We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. This full-time role is based in Sicklerville, NJ, and involves servicing skilled nursing facilities. The position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and requires proficiency in general office technology.
Requirements
Current State NP or PA License
Certification in Wound and Ostomy Care
Proficiency in general office software
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Experience in long-term care preferred
Key Responsibilities
Manage all open wounds, including cleaning and dressing
Complete admission paperwork for new residents
Provide advice and support to residents and their families
Monitor residents and administer medications and treatments
Document resident care services accurately
Adhere to infection-control policies and protocols
Resolve resident problems using multidisciplinary team strategies
