About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders, and leading a team of outside sales representatives. This role also involves monitoring market trends and sales KPIs to ensure the continued success of the business. Applicants for the VP of Sales position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years of sales leadership experience, with a background in furniture manufacturing, particularly in the areas of hospitality, case goods, or upholstery. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and video conferencing tools, as well as the ability to recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a strong leader, and have a proven track record in sales management.
