Be a part of a world-class team who keep the world moving through the manufacturing of Heavy Duty trucks.What You Drive At DTNAMaintain Training Manager® databaseSchedule new and annual trainingSend reminders to Managers/Supervisors of upcoming training for their reportsWork with internal and external trainers to schedule and complete trainingsCoordinate with Managers and Supervisors to ensure training sessions are scheduled and completed on time.Perform some trainings based on knowledge and abilityEvaluate, record and monitor training activities and program effectiveness.Constantly work on the improvements of training programsDevelop, evaluate, and implement training materials prepared by instructors, such as outlines, text, and handouts.Develop training materialsDeveloping constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintaining them over time.Using computers and computer systems to program, set up functions, enter data, or process information.Selecting and using training/instructional methods and procedures appropriate for the situation when learning or teaching new things.Participate in Contractor and New Hire OrientationsWork with other cross-functional groups to gather feedback and make improvements to programsAbility to learn new jobs, tasks, functions and develop training for these functions.Support any audits internal and external as requiredWill need to adjust schedule from time to time to cover needs of other shiftsSome travel may be requiredKnowledge You Should BringMust be a self-starter that needs little guidance and supervisionConduct engaging in-person training sessions for new and existing employees, ensuring clear understanding of role expectations and standard work.Maintain a consistent, visible presence on the floor to provide hands-on coaching, answer questions, and support employees as they learn and develop in their roles.Willingness to take charge and offer opinions and direction.Very strong ability using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other supporting Microsoft Office programsExcellent oral and written communication skills.Work well with large groups and one-on-one atmosphere.Ability to present information well in front of groups.Ability to grow and improve the overall training programMust have good attendanceMust have excellent organizational skillsPreferred training experienceMinimum RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentExperience: 2 yearsOther qualifications:Exceptional Candidates Might HaveProficiency in CommunicationsProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsProficient in Public speaking and presentationsWhere We WorkThis position is open to applicants who can work in (or relocate to) the following location(s)- Byesville, OH US.
