Senior Product Manager
Fluency Digital, Inc.
Evidence-based healthcare platform expanding private access to opioid use disorder treatment. You are a product leader who measures success in lives stabilized rather than just features shipped. In this role, you will define the roadmap for a private, clinically rigorous treatment platform that removes barriers to care for patients with opioid use disorder. Your work demands a rare balance of deep empathy for vulnerable populations and the strategic discipline to navigate complex B2B healthcare constraints. What we're looking for: 4 to 8 years of product management experience, preferably within healthcare or highly regulated B2B environments. Proven ability to translate clinical evidence and provider needs into intuitive digital experiences. Strong background in managing stakeholder relationships across medical, legal, and operational teams.
