We are seeking a Mental Health Therapist to join our team! You will provide individual, family, couples, and group counseling in an outpatient agency

Responsibilities:

· Mental health assessments

· Diagnosis and treatment planning

· Types of therapy conducted: Individual, family, couples, group, psychoeducation

· Settings: office, school, jail, telehealth services

· Complete all required paperwork within deadlines. Case records and reports, service

documentation, court reports, etc.

· Assist to ensure that all clients are up to date with contact information and insurance

coverage

· Collect client copays/coinsurance/self -pay

· Collaboration with referral sources: DHS, Probation, Parole, Doctors, case workers, etc.

· Network and market in the community and ongoing with referral sources

· Assist with staff trainings when needed

· Abide by HIPPA expectations and rules

· All other assigned duties

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields
• Familiarity with community mental health resources 
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong leadership qualities
• Team player
• Motivated to help others
