This is an excellent opportunity for a pediatrician who values a predictable schedule, collaborative environment, and a focus on newborn care. Why You’ll Love This Role Work-Life Balance : Enjoy 8-hour shifts with no overnight call. Focused Scope : Provide care exclusively in the Well-Baby Nursery . Collaborative Support : Neonatologists and NNPs attend deliveries and manage NICU care. NICU Backup : On-site Level III NICU ensures seamless escalation of care. Annual Volume : ~1,700 deliveries with 95% of newborn admits covered.
