The Senior PM will also play a key role in strengthening relationships with general contractors and supporting the growth of the Atlanta market.Key ResponsibilitiesLead large-scale commercial roofing projects from contract award through final completionManage multiple complex projects simultaneouslyCoordinate with general contractors, owners, and internal teamsDevelop and maintain project schedules and budgetsOversee submittals, RFIs, change orders, and documentationTrack labor productivity and material costs to maintain profitabilitySupport superintendents and field teams throughout project executionLead project meetings with general contractors and ownersProvide forecasting and financial reporting to leadershipMentor and support junior project managers when applicableEnsure projects meet safety and quality standardsManage project closeout, warranties, and turnover documentationQualifications5+ years of experience managing commercial roofing projectsStrong background in new construction roofingExperience managing large commercial projectsProven ability to manage multiple active projectsStrong understanding of commercial roofing systems and installation methodsExperience working with major general contractorsStrong financial and schedule management skillsProficiency with project management softwareStrong leadership and communication skillsReady to Build Something Big?If you're an experienced commercial roofing Project Manager ready to step into a Senior PM role managing major projects in the Atlanta market, we'd love to connect.This is an opportunity to join a growth-focused contractor with a strong backlog and long-term career potential.
