Company DescriptionGrowing commercial real estate company seeks full time assistant property manager for onsite office in Morristown area. Assistant will report to the Director of Property Management and Property Management.Job DescriptionAnswer and respond to tenant requests by delegating onsite maintenance staffBid, prepare and track service contractsAssist with monthly variance reports, budgets, forecasts and annual operating expense reconciliationsCode and enter invoices for paymentFollow up on tenant accounts receivableCollect and track certificates of insurance for contractors and tenantsLease administration including abstracting, special billings and lease complianceCreate a positive office environment through interaction with tenants, maintenance staff, service vendors and partnersCoordinate tenant and marketing eventsOffice administrationQualificationsMinimum of one to two years of related experience - real estate or accounting experience preferredProven track record of providing superior customer serviceBachelor’s Degree from four year college or universityMust be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially ExcelAccounting software experience - MRI or Yardi preferredValid driver’s license and vehicleNJ Real Estate License preferredBOMA RPA or FMA or similar designations preferredAdditional Information55kSummaryFunction: Accounting/AuditingExperience level: Mid-Senior LevelIndustry: Commercial Real Estate
