Job Title: Quality Lab Technician I
Location: Atlanta, TX
Pay Rate: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
Shift: Day Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Lab Technician I to support quality testing and laboratory operations in our manufacturing facility. What You'll Do
Perform quality testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
Prepare samples and conduct routine laboratory analyses
Document and communicate test results accurately
Identify and report quality concerns or out-of-specification results
Support production and product development teams with testing data
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment
Assist with calibration and basic maintenance of laboratory equipment
Monitor inventory and restock laboratory supplies
Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures
Enter and maintain accurate records in company systems
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Perform other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
Required
High school diploma or GED
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic math and computer skills
Ability to follow procedures and work instructions
Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented
Preferred
Associate degree in Chemistry or a related field
Previous laboratory, quality control, manufacturing, or chemical industry experience
Experience with Microsoft Office programs including Excel and Word
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift
Ability to lift up to 55 pounds occasionally
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with required PPE
Comfortable working around chemicals, equipment, and varying noise levels
