As an experienced caregiver with Synergy HomeCare of Colorado Springs, you will have the opportunity to work with clients with advanced illnesses, providing hands-on support and companionship.About the Role:We are seeking an experienced, dependable caregiver to work with clients who require consistent, hands-on support. This position is not entry-level and is best suited for a caregiver comfortable working with higher-acuity clients. As an experienced caregiver, you will be responsible for providing skilled, compassionate care to our clients, including:Hands-on assistance with mobility, transfers, and ambulationFull support with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and groomingParkinson's-specific care, including cueing, patience with movement and speech, and fall preventionMeal preparation and feeding assistance as neededCompanionship and emotional supportMaintaining a safe, clean environmentFollowing the care plan and communicating changes to the officeRequirements:Prior caregiving experience with advanced illnessesComfortable providing hands-on personal care and transfersValid driver's licenseReliable vehicle and current auto insuranceDependable, punctual, and professionalAble to follow direction and communicate clearlyPreferred:CNA or equivalent hands-on caregiving experienceExperience with Parkinson's, MS, Dementia or similar conditions
