On-site IT Customer Service Engineer

This role does not offer remote/hybrid telework options; must be on-site daily at the Fargo VAMC. Must commute on-site to the facility. Onboarding can take 4–5 weeks to complete; candidates should be comfortable with a delayed start after acceptance. Pay range around $50,000–$55,000, with $60,000 possible for candidates meeting all requirements. Full benefits are included. Requirements U.S. citizenship or a Green Card with at least 3 years in the U.S. Must hold a REALID or be willing to obtain one prior to starting. Must be able to pass and obtain a Public Trust clearance. Employment verifications, a full background investigation, and a drug test are required. Must be able to commute on-site daily.
