Monroe Springs has an opening for a qualified MDS Registered Nurse (RN) to lead the interdisciplinary team in all things MDS.
Pay based on license and experience
Full-time, day shift - Flexible scheduling!

As the MDS Registered Nurse (RN) at Monroe Springs, you will be responsible for the development and completion of resident assessments and care planning in accordance with state and federal requirements.
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of MI required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred
