Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Journeyman Plumber, providing exceptional mechanical services throughout the Washington DC Metropolitan area. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Managers and staff to ensure timely delivery of manpower and materials.
• Foster teamwork and morale among mechanics, helpers, and other foremen.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships as required by the job.
• Ensure a safe work environment.
• Provide daily direction and training to apprentices.

Essential Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in commercial plumbing and construction.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to read, understand, and work from drawings, specifications, and schematics.
• Understanding of written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems is a plus.
• Reliability, dependability, and flexibility.
• Ability to interact with various personality types to ensure positive outcomes.

Work Environment
You will be part of an 8-month fit-out job in Baltimore. The position offers a scale wage package and requires an active journeyman license in Maryland. The team may expand from 5 to over 20 members, providing a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Upper Marlboro, MD.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $42.00/hr.
