We are currently looking for a LPN who is looking to make a meaningful impact. Schedule:

2nd Shift 2:45pm-11:15pm; Full Time 64hrs Bi-Weekly

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with resident care plans and facility policies
• Foster a culture of respect and dignity while interacting with residents, family, and staff.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor resident health and provide timely, documentation, & communication

Qualifications:

• Active LPN License in the state of Wisconsin
• Passion for providing quality, person centered care
• Strong communication & collaboration skills
• Experience is long-term care or similar setting is a plus
