Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse, OR Licenses: RN-CA(Copy needed) Certifications: ACLS-AHA(Copy Needed)

BLS-AHA(Copy Needed)

CERT-NIH Stroke Scale(Copy Needed) SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in entire work history Ability to perform general surgery, neuro, spine and ortho, urology, eyes and dental (will train on site for eyes and dental).
