Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC) are invited to provide essential compensatory services this summer on a flexible, contract basis. Multiple SLPs will be needed to fill anticipated roles over several sessions, helping meet the needs of various grade levels.

As a highly valued clinician, you’ll deliver onsite services at different dates throughout the summer: June 16-18, June 23-25, July 7-9, and July 14-16 (Tuesday through Thursday schedule). Hours and caseloads will adjust based on service requirements, offering both variety and flexibility in your workweek. This is a fantastic chance to step into a valued role and help students catch up on critical speech and language skills.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current CCC required
• Active Texas SLP license
• Experience working in K-12 schools is preferred
• Ability to adapt easily to different student caseloads and grade levels
• Reliable onsite presence—virtual roles are not available for this opportunity
• Positive attitude, professional communication, and collaborative spirit

What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct speech and language services onsite as assigned
• Manage a caseload that may shift as student needs are determined
• Participate in IEP or compensatory planning
• Communicate effectively with educators and parents to support student progress
