What We’re Looking For A master-level hair stylist with 3+ years of professional experience Highly skilled in hair extensions (all modern methods preferred) Experienced with alternative hair solutions (toppers, wigs, or similar) Able to bring a partial established clientele/following Confident, compassionate, and customer-service focused A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative, uplifting environment Motivated, growth-minded, and eager to elevate both themselves and the salon What We Offer Commission starting at 48–67% depending on weekly sales 100+ new client leads every month A positive and energetic work environment with a supportive team A beautiful, modern salon space with a little edge, designed for high-end guest experiences Ongoing support and encouragement from a salon that values both artistry and professionalism (salon assistants, front desk team, continued education, quarterly meet ups, etc.) A culture rooted in compassion, confidence, high-quality service A retail hair selection in-salon for direct-to-consumer sales, color matching and product consultations as well as team support for custom orders (Covet & Mane, Great Lengths, Jon Renau, Halo Couture, etc.) Ideal Candidate You’re passionate about your craft, serious about your growth, and ready to join a salon where creativity and professionalism meet.
