RN Supervisor I – Infusion Cancer Services – Kelsey Seybold Clinics, Fort Bend Campus (2367154) Improve the lives of others while Caring. Connecting. Growing together. Job Overview The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily clinical responsibilities of the Hematology/Oncology Clinic, Radiation Oncology Clinic, and/or Infusion Center operations. This role requires knowledge across all areas of the Cancer Services Department, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and accountability for the effective delivery of competent, compassionate, and efficient patient care. The supervisor also plays an active role in the Cancer Center accreditation processes. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations within the Oncology clinic and infusion services.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and quality metrics.
• Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff to achieve high standards of patient care.
• Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists, and ancillary staff to optimize treatment workflows.
• Participate in cross‑cover duties and travel to other KSC cancer centers as needed.

Qualifications Graduate of an approved RN program 4+ years clinical RN experience, including 1+ year in oncology, infusion, or an equivalent specialty 1+ year of supervisory/management experience or a related leadership role Current Texas nursing license Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association Completion of ONS Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Course or Radiation Therapy Certificate Course within 3 months of employment Completion of Oncology Nurse Certification (OCN) within 36 months of employment Proven ability to use mechanical devices such as CPR equipment, oxygen administration, and intravenous pumps Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Ambulatory clinic experience Experience with EPIC, Aria, and/or Beacon systems Proven solid IV/vascular access skills, including port‑a‑Cath access Compensation & Benefits The salary range for this role is $72,800 to $130,000 annually, based on local labor markets and individual qualifications.
