Hybrid Senior Health Actuary & Strategy Leader

Mercer is seeking an experienced Health Actuary Leader to join our Actuarial and Financial Consulting teams in a hybrid role with a minimum three days in the office across the United States. You will lead client engagements on employers’ health benefits strategies, including financial projections, plan design optimization, and renewal negotiations.

You will create deliverables, supervise analysts, and present findings to clients in collaboration with senior team members.
