Responsibilities Include Tear-off, installation, and repair of residential and commercial roofing systems Residential: asphalt shingles, accessories, flashing Commercial: TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal, and related systems Proper installation of underlayment, flashing, vents, and edge metal Safe use of hand and power tools Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites Follow instructions from crew leaders, foremen, and supervisors Work efficiently to meet production schedules while maintaining quality standardsRoofing experience preferred (residential, commercial, or both) Willingness to learn multiple roofing systems if experience is limited Comfortable working outdoors and at heights Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude Ability to perform physical labor and lift materials #FortWayne
