ARRT - Radiologic Technologist A highly regarded healthcare facility located about an hour outside of Hereford, TX, is looking for a skilledfull-time, permanent, Radiologic Technologist to join our day shift team. The position plays a crucial role in providing quality imaging services, focusing on patient safety and exceptional care. ARRT - Radiologic Technologist Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic X-ray imaging as per physician orders with precision and care.
- Prepare and position patients comfortably for imaging procedures while ensuring their safety.
- Conduct quality checks on images and coordinate with radiologists to ensure accurate diagnostics.
- Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment, coordinating repairs as necessary.
- Uphold stringent safety protocols related to radiation and infection control.
- Document procedures accurately, adhering to confidentiality and hospital guidelines,
- Certification: Current ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology.
- Licensure: Valid Texas state Radiologic Technologist license.
- Experience: 1+ year of experience preferred, though new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Proficient in X-ray procedures, organized, and capable of working both independently and in a team setting.
