Industrial Property Associate

Industrial Property Associate Location: On‑site – Atlanta, GA Compensation: $26.44 – $28.85 USD per hour (estimate). Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm Job Overview: The Industrial Property Associate serves as the primary administrative point of contact for an Industrial portfolio, provides accounting and financial support, maintains positive tenant relations, and delivers superior customer service. Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to tenants by responding to inquiries, processing service requests, and coordinating maintenance resolutions. Support the property management team with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and maintenance of records and databases. Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), certificates of insurance, code invoices, and other financial tasks. Assist with vendor coordination and work order management to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repairs. Help prepare monthly reports, financial summaries, and property‑performance updates for senior management and clients. Support lease administration activities including tenant move‑in processes, document filing, and communication coordination. Assist with tenant events, building communications, and community engagement initiatives to enhance the tenant experience. Provide backup support for reception duties, mail distribution, and general office operations as needed. Perform additional tasks required to comply with Property Management Agreements, local ordinances, or other essential property‑operations duties. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Communications, or a related field. 1–2years of office‑environment experience, preferably in commercial real estate or property management. 1–2years of customer‑service or customer‑facing experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Positive attitude and eagerness to grow within the commercial real estate industry. Other Information: On‑site presence required.
