What you bring:

• Active SLPA licensure or certification
• Prior experience working as an SLPA in school and/or healthcare settings
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 45 students, with flexibility to adapt to shifting needs
• Knowledge of speech-language development and intervention strategies for elementary ages
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Comfort working with students in grades K-5

Role responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language services as directed by the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist
• Implement individualized plans and document progress toward communication goals
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to provide holistic support for students
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and school events as needed
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of student sessions and outcomes
• Provide services across a flexible caseload, adjusting to changing needs within the student population
