Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Payroll Manager for a leading construction industry client supporting a large-scale, fast-paced organization. This individual will take ownership of a high-volume, weekly payroll operation, ensuring accurate and compliant processing across multiple states and complex pay structures. The ideal candidate brings a strong command of payroll operations—from taxation and reconciliation to audit and reporting—paired with hands‑on Workday experience. This role will lead a growing payroll team, partner cross‑functionally with accounting and compliance groups, and continuously improve payroll processes.
