Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with financial products and services, including loans and investment options. Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements. Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution in a timely manner.
