Residential HVAC Service Manager

Location: Austin, TX
Compensation: Competitive Salary + Performance Bonuses + Benefits

We’re looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Manager to lead and develop a high-performing service team in Austin. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on HVAC leader who knows how to coach technicians, improve operations, drive revenue, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop residential HVAC Service Technicians
• Manage daily service operations, scheduling, workflow, and technician productivity
• Track KPIs including revenue, average ticket, callbacks, maintenance agreements, and customer satisfaction
• Conduct ride-alongs and provide technical, sales, and performance coaching
• Support technicians with diagnostics, troubleshooting, and escalated customer concerns
• Recruit, onboard, and develop top HVAC talent
• Ensure EPA, safety, and company standards are consistently followed
• Partner with dispatch, installation, and customer service teams to improve the customer experience
• Drive service department growth through accountability, coaching, and operational excellence

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Previous HVAC leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• EPA Certification
• Strong HVAC diagnostic and technical knowledge
• Proven leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Experience managing service KPIs and technician performance
• ServiceTitan or similar field service software experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
