Remote Member Care Advocate - Empathetic Navigator

Included Health is seeking a proactive Member Care Advocate to guide members through benefits and care options in a high-volume remote contact center. You will handle inbound calls and chats with empathy, explain coverage terms, help locate in-network providers, and enroll members in programs while documenting interactions.
