Are you passionate about cooking and creating delicious meals? Essential Personnel is seeking a Temporary Cook in the West Des Moines area. We are looking for a dedicated individual who can accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods, including Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events.Requirements for Cook:Culinary experience or relevant certificationAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detailKnowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelinesFlexibility to work various shiftsResponsibilities for Cook:Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standardsPortion and plate food itemsMaintain a clean and organized work areaAssist with inventory management and ordering suppliesFollow food safety and sanitation proceduresCollaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal serviceIf you are a team player with a passion for cooking, we want to hear from you!
