Registered Nurse - CVOR

$2325.60/week –

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced RN for CVOR specialization in a fast-paced surgical environment. The role involves supporting a variety of cardiovascular cases with a focus on robotic and vascular procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Operate within the CVOR to prepare and manage surgical equipment and supplies.
• Assist surgical team during complex cardiovascular, vascular, and robotic procedures.
• Monitor patient status and respond promptly to intraoperative changes.
• Adhere to strict safety protocols and unit policies to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document all clinical activities accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Provide support for call duties, including on-call and weekend shifts as required.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Proven experience in vascular and robotic surgery settings.
• Ability to perform multi-specialty procedures such as CABG, valve surgeries, and ECMO cases.
• Must have CVOR or cardiac surgery experience; CNOR certification preferred.
• Capable of working 8 or 10-hour shifts with flexibility for on-call duties.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills with a proactive attitude.
