Warehouse Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Coordinator to manage and oversee daily operations between the onsite warehouse and outside partners. An ideal candidate for this role will have great communication skills along with experience in a warehouse setting, specifically within inventory management. Responsibilities

• Track daily transfers between onsite warehouse and third-party logistics providers.
• Create pick lists, Bills of Lading (BOLs), and shipping documents.
• Coordinate carriers and confirm pickups and deliveries.
• Reconcile inventory transactions and assist with cycle counts.
• Resolve ERP issues and communicate with internal team

Essential Skills

• 24 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or 3PL coordination.
• ERP experience.
• Experience with inventory control and shipping documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

This is a 1st Shift Position that offers weekly pay!

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Erie, PA.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
